Group Pain Relief Sessions

Especially if you are a parent--there's so much "going along to get along" compromising that it can lead to getting out of touch with meeting your own needs and the body lets us know its distress through pain.

Liz has been there and recovered to live a happy, active life and she can help guide you back to enjoying your best life yet. Yes, physical pain can be caused by injury, but stuffed emotions are a huge source of physical pain, too. The more dysfunctional and traumatic our childhoods, the more likely it is we'll suffer from chronic pain. Try the shortcut version to get back to joy. You don't have to change your life; just the way you interact with life.
You get to stay who you are; you'll just spend more and more time with the happy parts of yourself.
In these online sessions, Liz will work energetically to read the needs of the group. We'll start with unique meditations to help get us into greater ease. Expect to feel calm and centered, grounded and de-stressed, with the ability to access objectivity and clarity. Mindset patterns and beliefs that hold us back will be addressed. Hidden emotions that are keeping us stuck in pain will be learned from and released. The more we learn what it feels like to be comfortable in our bodies, the more we can go back to that space.
