The Morse Method is a unique approach integrating brain, heart, and body for confident decision-making. It helps clients who have a background of stress, trauma, PTSD, anxiety, ADHD, or other form of neurodiversity to learn how to go from dreaming about their potential to living it. By addressing the stressors in their lives and developing the capacity for tolerance of small emotional states in the body (think of dipping a toe in an Emotional Kiddie Pool), it builds skills for interconnected relationships and increased capacity for comfort in handling the unexpected emotions that life throws at us. The Morse Method takes the wisdom of multiple thought leaders and puts it together into a holistic solution, so rather than these wisdoms being isolated within the conscious mind, they can be integrated between mind, heart, and body. The end result is truly living a life without limits; where you experience increasing synchronicity and abundance in your life.
The Morse Method consists of setting goals, developing emotional fluency, integration, and internal housekeeping in order to integrate the brain, heart, and body. With the neurons of these three areas united, it leads to the next step of human evolution.
Goals: Sessions begin with checking in to see how life has been going and what could use improving. Future sessions will look at where things have shifted for you and where they are still stuck. You’ll get help to create a goal to clarify what you consciously want in your life. If your subconscious wanted it, too, it would have happened already, so by doing this, you will also get a clear picture of what the subconscious won’t allow.
Emotional Fluency: Everyone talks about emotional mastery as being critically important, but it is missing the point a bit. Mastering assumes we are wrestling emotions into submission. Yes, our subconscious is the home of our triggers and reactive patterns, but it is not an animal to be fought and tamed. Our subconscious is capable of learning. It wants to team up with us, but it doesn’t learn the way we do. It learns through feelings. If you let it learn feelings, it will share power with you. But who can tolerate all the backlog of feelings that we have ignored our whole lives? How do you identify only the one or two feelings that are holding you back from your newly crafted goal in this moment? You can, thanks to Liz’s ability to read the precise emotions that need to be learned while holding back any flooding of emotions using acupressure. She created the concept of the Emotional Kiddie Pool, where you learn to connect to only a drop or two of emotion- just enough that you can tolerate it. In this way, you begin to learn emotional regulation bit by bit. By becoming fluent in emotions during session work, you become less and less reactive to emotions as they play out in your daily life. That can be a game-changer for all clients, but especially for those who are highly sensitive, have ADHD, or are on the autistic spectrum. It can help them learn the skills to navigate the neurotypical world with increasing ease.
Integration: Once you’ve learned the key feelings that kept the subconscious locked in an old survival paradigm, as thanks it will allow itself to be rewired during the session. Liz will also walk you through bringing any inner children connected to these emotions to be encoded on the neurons of your heart, where they become a part of your integrated emotional experience. Over time, you go from fragmented to increasingly whole.
Housekeeping: The last steps in the process are to look for ways in which the body's energy can be thrown off, either by self-sabotage or through old habits of movement, or old survival patterns that keep fight/flight/freeze coming up.
Build Your Emotional Capacity:
These four steps strengthen your nervous system and emotional resilience. With consistent practice, you’ll increase your ability to stay grounded, focused, and calm—even in the face of stress. Just like going to the gym builds physical strength, this work builds emotional flexibility and mental clarity. Over time, you may notice a shift—from constantly reacting to life’s challenges, to responding with greater ease, presence, and purpose.

"Elizabeth is an incredible healing person. She helped me pass the California bar exam after I'd failed. She gave me exercises and other tools to help me work towards my goal of synthesizing and analyzing information I needed for the exam. She helped me develop that goal and all of our sessions supported the goal. She helped me to focus, de-stress, sleep soundly, and access rules that I had memorized over 6 months prior but since I was working full time, didn't have time to redo starting from scratch. She helped me with my test anxiety, lack of confidence, accessing my memory, and creative thinking and writing - the skills I needed to hone for the bar exam. Since then, I have continued to work with her to help me deal with anxiety and PTSD. I continue to work with her because she's an amazing healer, mentor, and all-around wonderful person. I can't recommend her highly enough." -Joan V.
"I was really confused and looking for clarity and it wasn't until I found Elizabeth that I was able to move forward. Elizabeth helped me release some major trauma that had been preventing me from getting my core needs of harmony, connection and consideration from being met. My negative thought patterns and memories unconsciously guided my life and would draw more negativity to me, perpetuating cycles of bad events and relationships. All this trauma prevented me from having the success, harmony and joy that I deeply longed for. I would highly recommend Elizabeth and her work. To say it is life changing is an understatement. What are you waiting for ? You could be living your best life by Friday!"

"Elizabeth is the clearest channel of healing light and grounding energy I have ever met. She has the effective and genuine ability to effortlessly blend intuition, intelligence, deep source knowledge, non-judgmental direction, soul reflection, and trusted resources to address what calls out for attention in each moment. This not new age over-spiritualization; this is real life results on a practical and cellular level. The PanHarmonic Healing and brain training sessions Elizabeth facilitated for my two grandchildren dealing with early trauma and attachment issues were nothing short of miraculous in the effect each meeting had on our daily experience: where I thought we were stuck, she created space for movement; where I thought we were doomed, she made space for hope. She not only practices what she preaches, but she also teaches what she practices, so that I left each session with new tools to employ on my own to extend the work at home. I have the utmost unbridled trust in her person, and her work and would recommend her without hesitation to anyone who desires real change, transformation, and empowerment to co-create lasting and true healing."
-Lisa D.
"I was yoyoing so much. I knew better than this but I couldn't get my emotions under control. After working with Elizabeth, I feel more equilibrium, more buoyant, and no more victimhood!"
